Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kasspian, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Kasspian Ltd (“Kasspian”, “we”, “us”).

Kasspian provides AI-generated business idea analysis reports (“Reports”). Reports are produced using large language models and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on a Report.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kasspian. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at hello@kasspian.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI prompts or models
• Resell or redistribute Reports without our written permission
• Use automated tools to submit ideas at a rate that exceeds normal human use
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Free accounts are subject to usage limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed via Clerk/Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your content — you retain all rights to the ideas you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating your Report.

Reports — you own the Reports generated for you and may use them freely, including commercially. We do not use your submitted ideas to train AI models.

Our platform — all software, design, and branding is owned by Kasspian Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Reports are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use Reports as one input among many — not as the sole basis for significant decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasspian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
